I always receive excellent and thorough care from Jennifer Stevens at Legacy Silverton.

Jennifer always shows concern and listens to what I'm concerned about. The reason no labs/ imaging were needed is because I had them done at a different appointment about 5 months prior to this appointment. I have always been treated with respect and concern whenever I have had to go in.

Jennifer Stevens is very kind and understanding very helpful explaining situations to me. See listens in hells me understand my health problems if I have them. She's very respectful and so is her nursing team they are very respectful the whole clinic so far that I've had other doctors see me there and they're all very respectful and kind.

Jennifer Stevens is one of the best doctors I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot as I was in a wheelchair for 6 years prior to coming to her. She helped me lose 150 lb and get two hips replaced regaining my mobility and my life. She is A star among your doctors.

Other than waiting forever, 4 someone 2 answer my call. Instead of a combination repeat auto answer in two languages? The ol press 1, 4 Hispanic. Press 2, 4 English. Simplify it. B 4 being put on wait, 3 min 12 seconds. Then being put on ( your call is important) thing. OK U get the jis.later.

Didn't appreciate one receptionist stating loudly how much I owe to Legacy hospital in front of other patients. She must have been new because that has never happened before. Very embarrassing

I've never had a bad experience with this office or provider. Jennifer Stevens spends time to ask questions and she listens well and is patient. I can't always communicate well but she seems to understand my concerns and makes helpful suggestions.

It was impossible to check in electronically prior to visit as your friggin computor system wound not permit me doing So. There fire I did NOT checkin at all even upon arrival at the office!!!!
