About Me:

Joanna Lezak is a board certified adult and geriatric nurse practitioner. She earned a Master of Science degree in nursing at Oregon Health & Science University and has worked in oncology, home health, hospice and palliative care since 2004. Outside of work, Joanna is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys painting, music, dance, animals and hiking. She is continually in awe of her 2 dynamic kids and their Australian Shepherd.
