About Me:

John grew up in California where he attended UC Berkeley and worked in educational technology before earning a doctorate of physical therapy at MUSC. His favorite thing about physical therapy is incorporating personal interests to help people get back to doing what they love. He also introduces people to well researched activities for their long term health goals such as Tai Chi for better balance, yoga for back pain, and task specific conditioning. In his free time, John likes volunteering at the Japanese garden, swimming in the local rivers, dancing lindy hop, and bicycling everywhere.
