About Me:

Dr. Cheng was born and raised in the Bay Area before moving to Southern California to pursue her bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. She moved back to the Bay area to teach middle school to high-risk youth through Teach for America, while also completing her Marster of Arts in Education. She then moved on to studying medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, followed by a urology residency at Loma Linda University. She was brought to the Pacific Northwest for her pediatric urology fellowship at Seattle Children's Hospital. During her fellowship she developed an interest in patient education and health literacy that is ultimately rooted in her previous teaching experience. She loves all things related to urology and is excited to see a variety of patients in her practice. She recently moved to Portland with her family and is excited to get to know the area. She loves all types of food and can't wait to check out the Portland food scene!
