About Me:

Board certified in Anesthesiology and the specialty of Interventional Pain Medicine, Dr. Price is a practicing physician at Legacy Good Samaritan. Dr. Price earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. She received her medical degree from the University of California-San Francisco [UCSF] and then completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Allegheny Health Network and an internship in Internal Medicine at Vidant Medical Center. She was awarded a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine. Dr. Price had other clinical experience including a year of research development in which her work in journal club and medical student engagement was shared in published work as well as at multiple conferences. Outside of work, Dr.Price enjoys cooking up new recipes, working on organizational skills and walks with her beloved shih-tzu.

Dr. Price is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough providers I've seen. She truly partners with me as her patient, taking my personal health needs into consideration when considering treatments while thoroughly explaining my options as we move forward. I'm blessed to have a doctor who has my best health interests at heart and takes my daily life activities into consideration. My quality of life has improved since choosing Dr. Price as my specialist provider.

I thought Dr. Price showed tremendous compassion during my intake and expressed genuine interested in my situation. She presented a lot of information to me which seemed OK at the time but afterward at home I felt a bit overwhelmed by it all and confused by the information. Thankfully I have her detailed visit notes and my path seems straightforward. I am grateful to have been seen by her.

Dr Price is an extrodinary physician & person. The quality of my life has improved tremendously under her care. My pain levels are now manageable and I'm able to function so much better than I had under other physicians care. I hold Dr Price in the highest esteem.
