Dr. Lawson and his medical assistant are very kind and professional. Neither one pushes unnecessary treatment or testing but listen attentively to what I am saying. I trust their medical knowledge and appreciated that they use it in my behalf.

I absolutely love MyChart and the ease with which it is to schedule and communicate with my doctor and medical assistants. They are always extremely prompt at responding to my questions and concerns.

For my 1st visit I had to wait 5 months yet my prior pcp had left this practice after seeing me for 25 years. That seemed very uncalled for

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Lawson. He's knowledgeable; he listens; his answers are clear. I don't feel rushed. He's present with you, not distracted. Assistant was kind, courteous, efficient, professional.

Dr. Lawson and the team were so kind and helpful. Dr. Lawson spent a lot of time with me to discuss all of my questions and concerns from my recent health problems. I felt heard and understood. He explained everything to me and offered great advice and solutions to each of my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My blood tests needed follow up and Dr Lawson quickly provided additional referrals. He called me in person after my last set of blood work came back and referred me on to the hematology oncology department. I was most impressed that he called me late evening to explain the process. Very empathetic to my needs.

My 9:00am appointment was canceled at 4:30 the afternoon before and then couldn't get a new one for 3 weeks. Then when in the office doctor was 30 minutes late

Dr. Lawson lacked warmth, empathy and just wanted to get out of the exam room as quick as possible. Very poor bedside manner and would never recommend seeing him to anyone.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with Dr Kyle Lawson and I wish he was my primary doctor. I don't know if he is a new doctor at the clinic I normally go to and If he Is, I really, really liked him and was pretty Impressed. He was easy to talk to, easy to understand and clear with his inputs and findings. What I liked about him is that I did not leave the appointment with him, guessing and filled with doubts. HE IS A KEEPER

The only negative was having to fill out paper forms that repeated almost all of the same questions I answered in my on-line check-in completed the day before.
