About Me:

Dr. Gildehaus is a licensed clinical health psychologist in Oregon and Washington state. She currently practices in primary care settings as an integrated behavioral health clinician. She is a graduate of Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology, health psychology emphasis. Dr. Gildehaus has 5 years of experience in primary care behavioral health (PCBH) and additional training experience in pain management, rehabilitation, community mental health, refugee health, and concussion specialties. She believes that working with physicians and practitioners in primary care creates opportunities for more holistic care, improved outcomes, and collaboration. Her clinical interests include mind-body integration, lifestyle medicine approaches, chronic disease management, cultural- and trauma-informed care, ecotherapies, and health equity. Dr. Gildehaus enjoys recreating in the mountains, spending time with family and friend, cooking, music, and trying new cuisines with her husband.
