He completed medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, Yakima, WA, completed residency at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Portland, OR and he did his fellowship at University of California at Davis Medical Center, Sacramento, CA. Dr. Bullick enjoys tennis, volleyball, triathlons, kayaking and spending time with his family and friends.
