About Me:

Dr. Hoffmann grew up in Ohio and studied engineering at Johns Hopkins University and Brown University before making a career change to medicine. He attended Oregon Health & Science University medical school and residency training. Dr. Hoffmann sees the full spectrum of women's health but has interest in high-risk obstetrics, prevention of the first cesarean section, and complex gynecologic care and surgery. He loves spending time with his growing family and working in his garden, and is always open to advice about growing tomatoes in Portland.

Dr Hoffman is the best. He takes his time asks and answers questions and I leave there feeling like I can't wait to see him again next year for my annual. Always fun, polite and has new information to share. Best bedside manner I have experienced with Legacy.

Dr. Hoffmann is, by far, the best Doctor I have ever had. As a medical professional, I would go into OBGYN just to learn and study underneath him. He deserves the highest of recognition.

Dr. Hoffmann is such an amazing man, he is kind and courteous, he is always considerate and aware of all the health issues going on with me. He is the first OBGYN I have had a decent MD/patient relationship with. He listens to every concern I may have and we talk through it together and make a care plan. Dr. Hoffmann is amazing and I will always recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Hoffmann for always being such an amazing human!!!

I like Dr Hoffman. He Is a rare one to come by. He actually truly cares and respects his patience . He goes the extra mile to make sure they understands what is going on. Does not talk down and make u feel stupid if u don't understand. He is kind and listens to what u have to say . Walks u threw step by step and well he is just an outstanding Dr. You are not just another patient you are a person . I had to go to the ED over where I live and he gave his personal phone number to the ED dr out here just because he was worried about me and dr.s don't usually do that. When they clock out that's it they are done. Dr. Hoffmann cares . I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr Scott and the whole clinic is a dream come true. Best Doctor and medical provider experience I have ever had, hands down. My husband and I feel extremely lucky Dr Scott is our OB, and that we have the opportunity to deliver our baby at Good Sam. I really dont like taking the time to do surveys but because the care has been phenomenal, I wanted to be sure to show our appreciation!

Dr. Hoffman and his staff are ALWAYS very kind and attentive. Dr Hoffman is the best gynecologist. He listens and acknowledges your concerns, makes you feel comfortable, And follows up on test results and recommendations promptly. I'm grateful to have him as my gynecologist provider.

Dr. Hoffmann is wonderful. His MA is wonderful. They make an unpleasant experience one that doesn't ruin your day. If I have to get a pap I want Dr. Hoffmann to do it.

My family has received the best care from Dr Hoffmann, from routine care to a high risk pregnancy I have had wonderful experiences. He has been understanding of all of my needs and concerns and I feel like I was always well informed every step of the way.
