About Me:

Dr. Hoffmann grew up in Ohio and studied engineering at Johns Hopkins University and Brown University before making a career change to medicine. He attended Oregon Health & Science University medical school and residency training. Dr. Hoffmann sees the full spectrum of women's health but has interest in high-risk obstetrics, prevention of the first cesarean section, and complex gynecologic care and surgery. He loves spending time with his growing family and working in his garden, and is always open to advice about growing tomatoes in Portland.

Scott Hoffman made me feel like his only patient, he wasn't rushing and he answered all my questions and explained everything unlike most providers I have had. I was blown away with him and I'm happy to have him as my OB.

Dr. Hoffman is efficient, kind, Compassionate, knowledgeable, and has such a great bedside manner. He is understanding and meets patients where they're at. He identifies emotional needs and does his best to help. Cannot speak highly enough about him!

I was very surprised how much time the doctor Scott Hoffman spent with me this was definitely the best experience I've ever had with any doctor in my whole life. I highly recommend him he has to compassion he cared he was very thorough he drew pictures. Check notes read over my file and my history with me and went over my meds with me and discussed her future plans. I've never felt so comfortable at a doctor's visit before in my life I would like to thank him the world needs more caring doctors like this. He is definitely a really good person and knows what he's talking about I definitely feel like I could trust him with my life and my medical care.

Dr. Hoffmann is literally the best health care provider I've ever worked with. He is patient and very interested in my health and well being, and any topics I may need to cover. It feels like I'm the only patient he is seeing in the day, and he knows/remembers my history in advance of talking to me.

I've already recommended Dr. Hoffman to numerous friends of mine. He takes such care in the patient experience and really makes you feel comfortable and confident in the care you're receiving. One of the best providers I've ever had.

Dr Hoffman is the best. He takes his time asks and answers questions and I leave there feeling like I can't wait to see him again next year for my annual. Always fun, polite and has new information to share. Best bedside manner I have experienced with Legacy.

Dr. Hoffmann is, by far, the best Doctor I have ever had. As a medical professional, I would go into OBGYN just to learn and study underneath him. He deserves the highest of recognition.

Dr. Hoffmann is such an amazing man, he is kind and courteous, he is always considerate and aware of all the health issues going on with me. He is the first OBGYN I have had a decent MD/patient relationship with. He listens to every concern I may have and we talk through it together and make a care plan. Dr. Hoffmann is amazing and I will always recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Hoffmann for always being such an amazing human!!!
