About Me:

I have been a doula for 10 years in the Portland and surrounding areas as well as in the lower Willamette Valley. One of my greatest values in birth work is that every birthing person deserves the dignity and empowerment from education and support throughout their pregnancy, labor and postpartum period. Supporting families through one of their most significant life experiences brings me so much joy. I believe with the right support each birth can be filled with beautiful moments and a deepening of the bond of the family. I share my home with my husband, our son and three cats! I love to grow edible landscapes and cook with the food we grew. I am an avid reader and could spend every morning with a book and my coffee on the patio. Those are my happy places!
