About Me:

A specialist in Pain Medicine, Dr Schrattenholzer supports both Legacy Salmon Creek and Legacy Good Samaritan Pain Management locations. In the outpatient setting, his role includes evaluation and treatment plan development for patients. In the hospital setting, he performs injections, spinal cord stimulator and pain pumps implantation. As Medical Director, he also helps develop supportive, interdisciplinary programs within the clinic and health system. While at work, he most appreciates working collaboratively with patients and other providers to develop plans that help improve function, pain and quality of life. Outside of work, Dr Schrattenholzer enjoys cycling, reading and hiking with his family and friends.

Dr. Schrattenholzer, is probably one of the best Dr's I have ever had! Great Listener, really shows he cares about you as a person not just a number! Always takes time to explain medications to me, shows empathy for my condition, checks on my emotional needs and always reinforces not to be affraid to reach out to him...... Just a very good Dr and Person

This provider is excellent - really listens and cares what you have to say - makes you feel like you really are a part of your healthcare decisions. Answers any/all questions - offers additional help like steroid shots, medication updates, current pt ,etc. He just makes you feel like he really cares about you - you feel like you are in good hands and lucky to have a doctor who puts the patients needs first. He has helped me live a far more productive life than I would have without him.

Dr Schrattenholzer is wonderful, caring, thorough, always trying to do what would help reduce my pains. I have seen him many times over a number of years and he has performed numerous ablations on me with very helpful results. He listens, is kind and this last visit spent nearly 45 min with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a pain management specialist.

Dr. Schrattenholzer and staff at Legacy are finest around. I have tried many clinics for chronic care and these folks BY FAR have helped manage my pain with minimal medication. Also they have provided opportunity for additional resources to help as well.

Receptionists are curt and do not smile when welcoming you to their practice. Dr. was running late. We had 15 minutes with him before we had to catch our Uber.
