About Me:

Tina, a native of Florida, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Central Florida in 2015. Before pursuing a career in PT, she served as an Active-Duty Military Officer for six years in the U.S. Coast Guard. After the military, she chose PT to follow her passion for health and wellness and to become an expert in exercise. Using exercise as her medicine, Tina’s focus is to help patients recover from and prevent injury through functional movement so that they can maintain an active lifestyle. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). Her specialties include run pattern training, Temporomandibular Dysfunctions (TMD), and pain neuroscience. Tina and her husband moved from Florida to Oregon in 2015 and have thoroughly enjoyed the PNW lifestyle of seasons, hiking, cycling, running, swimming, etc. They have two girls with tons of personality to share this with – Mika and Abby.
