Dr. Laidley is the best doctor I have ever had. She is an excellent diagnostician and is compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot imagine having a better primary care physician.

Dr. Laidley took the time to have a medical assistant do a lavage in my left ear when I told her my hearing aid company told me to go to my audiologist to have it done. But she told me her staff will do it for me. And they did it perfectly!

Dr. Laidley was fantastic. We are making end-of-life decisions. She was thoughtful, sensitive, took plenty of time, and help us put a plan in place with our dad. All of us (daughter, son, and dad-the patient) left w/a sense of comfort and confidence. It is an enormous relief to have a plan in which our dad will receive comfort, not have to suffer, and that Dr. Laidley will oversee. I'm out of the middle of big decisions I'm not qualified to make. Dr. Laidley, using her sensitivity and expertise has taken over that role and I'm very grateful.

Dr. Laidley is very thorough, asks probing questions. She has deep experience to draw on and is up-to-date on current medical thoughts. Best of all, she is friendly, kind, listens, and doesn't rush.

Dr Laidley has been my primary physician for years and is one of the very best family doctors I have had the pleasure to work with over my [age removed] year lifetime. She listens and discusses conditions with the patient, ensuring that problems are addressed effectively and with the patient's full understanding and agreement. Her friendly, knowledgeable and positive attitude truly stands out!

My provider is excellent. I can tell that there is pressure on her to see as many patients as possible. I'm sure this pressure is driven by the bottom line for the organization. It's not great for patients or providers.

I appreciate that the nurse/assistants always ask what issues I may have before the doctor comes in. I give them an overview of what's going on with me because there are several things noticeably affecting me -- and I don't know how one thing may be affecting something else, even though they may not seem related. I say this, understanding a doctor's ability not to be able to address three or four items in a visit ... But who knows, maybe it could help fit puzzle pieces? Separately: 1) With more than one doctor for me, the MyHealth system can seem cumbersome at times, not know 'who' and then waiting to learn, ask another one. 2) Is there a more consistent way to measure weight/height? Clothing/gear varies dramatically by season, Including for those of us who sometimes use transit.

There seems to be a lot that Is expected of a doctor to Include the diagnosis with the written report all in a short amount of time. I think this provider is very gifted and does a bang-up job. I hope she gets all the support there Is. I bet she goes home totally exhausted after the day.

My good experiences include those occasions during which Dr. Laidley treated me directly and those when she referred me to a specialist (her referrals have all been excellent); I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Laidley!

Given the need to jump from one patient to the next with a spectrum of issues, she took on my tenuous condition, guided by listening, knowing 'What to do next' -- all, in a compact, well organized visit that covered a lot of ground. She mentioned some possible steps ahead, while offering a sense that my needs would be taken care of.

Dr. Laidley takes enough time with each of her patients, so when I was in the exam room at appointment time, but then told she was with another patience, I was a bit disappointed but immediately remembered the times she had taken "extra" time with me rather than ending the meeting by the clock.

This was kind of an urgent visit and I was happy that I was able to get in to be seen right away because there was a cancellation on the schedule. Both the M.A think het name was Alexis and Dr. Laidley were very kind and listened to what I had to say and what I needed. Dr. Laidley is a gem and her staff are always very nice folks.

Dr Laidley took time to review my blood labs and answer other questions. She suggested ways to lower my LDL naturally, and a follow up test if necessary. I feel well cared for by my doctor.
