Everyone, including reception, nurse and doctor, were all empathetic, knowledgeable, kind and enjoyable to work with. I felt the nurse specifically went above and beyond to help me get a surgery scheduled as soon as possible.

Apparently it took a few days for the office to complete and send leave paperwork to my employer causing a delay in benefits. Otherwise my experience has been 100% positive and I couldn't recommend Dr. Cowell strongly enough.

Vern is the most competent general surgeon I've dealt with. My only complaint is that he is many miles from me and doesn't do 'virtual' or phone consultations. Many things (short of hands-on examinations) could be more conveniently dealt-with remotely with no decrease in the quality of care.
