About Me:

Dr. Pandey focuses on providing a compassionate approach and treatments that reflect patients’ unique genetics and disease characteristics. His goal is to deliver optimal outcomes while maintaining or enhancing patients’ quality of life. He maintains a particular interest in patient education, care quality, targeted and personalized medicine, cancer prevention, and survivorship. Dr. Pandey earned a bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery at Kathmandu University in Nepal. He completed residency in internal medicine at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, AR.. From there, he finished a hematology and oncology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, SC. He is the deputy executive director of the nonprofit Health Foundation Nepal. Dr. Pandey enjoys hiking and has gone on treks in Patagonia, the Swiss Alps, and the Italian Dolomites. One of his favorite pastimes is making Nepalese dumplings with his wife.
