About Me:

I enjoy treating patients of all ages, incorporating the mind and body to treat the "whole patient". I grew up in Dallas, TX and moved to Pennsylvania for medical school. I then moved to South Florida for residency. I moved to Portland, Oregon in 2018. I enjoy traveling, tennis, cooking, horticulture, home-improvement projects, and spending time with family.

Dr. Phan is the best Primary Care/Internal Medicine Doctor I have had in my 68 years. He listens, gives excellent advice, spends all the time necessary to properly treat my medical concerns. Despite his youth he is incredibly knowledgeable and talented! My wife also see him and is very impressed too!

My provider always ask if there's anything I need to discuss. He's great at making sure all my questions are answered. He goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. I appreciate the fact that now he will ask if he can record information so that he can look it over and be sure he has gotten everything correct He's very good in his profession.

Dr. PHAN makes me feel heard and respected. He makes me safe! I never had such a kind, knowledgeable and caring doctor. He truly is an extraordinary human! His staff are just as kind, compassionate. Legacy is blessed to have such staff !

Dr. Phan is extremely nice and was very thorough during my appointment. He listened to my concerns and gave me strategies to try out over the next few months. My appointment did not feel rushed and I appreciate the time Dr. Phan spent with me. He went above and beyond during my Pap smear exam and checked in with me throughout to assess my pain and comfort levels and swapped out equipment during the exam to make me as comfortable as possible.

Dr Phan and his office staff are very good, polite, kind and considerate. They're also very patient with others who come after me while I'm in the waiting room. I particularly like Dr Phan because he is thorough. He makes sure to answer any and all questions and more importantly he educates you. I appreciate that.

Great visit, really like my provider. I think the ony feedback would be, if the doctor knows they are going to be taking blood, they should send a text reminder the day before on when we should fast, otherwise it can affect the results.
