About Me:

Dr. Anthony is a recent graduate of the Legacy Internal Medicine Residency Program and a current primary care physician at Legacy Medical Group Northwest. She received her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas before moving to Portland for residency. Dr. Anthony has special interests in gender affirming (transgender) medicine as well as comprehensive care for all LGBTQ+ individuals. She routinely utilizes physician-patient collaboration within her practice to help each individual meet their specific health goals. Outside of medicine, she enjoys yoga, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her wife and cats. Dr Anthony is currently accepting patients within the LMG Northwest clinic only.

All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed or unheard. I really like Dr Anthony. She stepped in when my original Dr. Relocated.

I walked in without an appointment and was seen by a doctor and a nurse, lab work was ordered, x- rays scheduled and taken.Got my results the day after.

Everything operated in a very smooth and timely manner with very pleasant personnel. Dr. Anthony is very knowledgeable and understanding. I left feeling very pleased with the whole appointment experience.

Dr Anthony has been one of the most affirming, kindest, most caring providers that I've had. I always feel seen and heard and I always feel like she has time to help even if I can't get my words out quickly because of my cognitive decline

Dr. Anthony is absolutely amazing. She listens and communicates exceptionally well. She asks follow up questions and proposes workable solutions. I feel extremely confident with the way she handles my healthcare needs. (And I realize I have higher than average number of health-related issues) I don't feel rushed with Dr Anthony. She lets me ask my questions and responds professionally and respectfully, no matter how "uninformed" they may be. She is so patient! I couldn't be any happier with Dr Anthony!

This was a first visit meeting my new primary care doctor. I had no issues I was coming for. I just needed to establish my new doctor since my last doctor left Legacy. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Megan Anthony. As I mentioned, there were no issues I needed her to help me with. I did want new blood work done and was going to ask her about ordering that for me. I was glad when she asked me before I even brought it up and put in the order for them. I should mention, it did take several months before I could get that first visit appointment. Luckily I had know issues and it wasn't important I get to see her sooner.

Visit was very good. Blood test results appeared in my chart quickly. But 4 days later, there is still no comment from doctor in my chart regarding those results. In the past I don't recall waiting this long for the doctor to evaluate blood test results.

Dr Anthony is super attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm the past it has been hard to get in to see her, but for this visit I only had a 10 day wait. Office staff were very professional and kind.

My visit with Dr Anthony was excellent. Any negative rating were related to the difficulty getting an appointment with one of your doctors and the 5-6 month wait to see Dr Anthony in order to establish care. The turnover in your practice is unsettling. When you get a good doctor like Dr Anthony you should make every effort to keep her.

Dr. Anthony is my PCP (primary care provider). She is superb, a breath of fresh air! Makes me feel like the only patient she has! My previous PCP's have been inadequate and uncaring. I was ready to leave the Legacy system. Getting Dr. Anthony as my PCP made me decide to stay.

Dr. Anthony listens very well, is very respectful and kind, and very knowledgeable. I wish the new migraine medication she recommended were more affordable. Also, I'm not sure how I feel about your new AI "scribe". I trust that Dr Anthony will read through and correct any errors, but I'm not not sure others will be as responsible in the future.

This was my first visit with Dr. Anthony. It is always difficult to switch to a new doctor so I was apprehensive but she immediately impressed me. It is very important to me to have a doctorI feel comfortable talking to. She is warm and friendly and well informed. I feel confident she will be an excellent provider, and I hope she stays at the Legacy Clinic for many years.

The survey responses contained herein are based on a 'first-time" appointment with Dr. Megan D. Anthony yet it should be understood that most of the medical "issues" I contend with are part of a lifetime of medical and/or biological levels of care far beyond the norm.During the course of said first visit with Dr Anthony I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of homework concerning my specific health needs as well as having the communication skills to speak and educate me about my specific requirements relating to my health plan versus speaking and/or lecturing "AT" me. I cannot honestly say that I've never been spoken to in any manner less than any sense of complete respect would convey, but without a doubt Dr Anthony was able to lift my spirits as well as my faith as in the possibilities of better days to come.I can and have been told many times about the sunshine side of my I should view, Dr Anthony, during our FIRST visit let me feel that Legacy Health System as well as her are there in a way that indicates the best of what teamwork and committed responsibility beyond a "mission statement".I truly hope that Dr Anthony receives this survey reply as in a single visit helped me adjust my current health care plan, with the hope that Dr Anthony will help me better it in the future.Legacy Health System has never been short of being a perfect medical provider, Dr Anthony actually elevated the bar!
