About Me:

I have over twenty years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. I seek to understand patients from a contextual and systemic perspective respecting their individual experience and complex identities. As an integrated behavioral health clinician, I collaborate with the clinic’s team of providers to support patients’ health using strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal approaches. I enjoy helping patients broaden their skills, strengthen their ability to navigate challenges flexibly, and increase their freedom and enjoyment in life. I welcome conversations about behavioral health services and am happy to talk with patients about any questions they may have. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, reading, baking, and taking road trips.
