When your Legacy Cancer Institute doctor recommends cellular therapy, you’ll work with a team of experts who specialize in transplant care and can help you understand what to expect during treatment and recovery.
Our transplant nurse coordinator helps with:
- Pre-transplant evaluation
- Education for recipients and families
- Insurance authorization
- Coordination of care from initial referral to long-term follow-up
Our support team help you and your family with physical, emotional and spiritual needs. The support team may include:
- Clergy
- Medical social worker
- Occupational therapist
- Physical therapist
- Dietitian
- Massage therapist

Our facilities
The inpatient transplant unit has six dedicated transplant rooms with HEPA-filtered air systems.
Additionally, patients and family members from out of town can utilize low-cost, on-campus lodging at the Green Gables Guest House.
